Saving an alert from the inbox
Set your filters, then press Save as alert. The panel proposes a name from the filters (for example a search term, a NAICS code, an agency and a set-aside) and lists every filter it keeps. Save alert stores it with a daily cadence. The confirmation reads "You get a daily digest when new notices match."
The Alerts workspace
Alerts (/vendor/search/enhanced; the older /vendor/saved-searches address redirects here) lists every saved search. For each one you set a cadence of Instant, Daily or Weekly, choose channels, pause it ("Paused. Nothing is sent."), delete it, or create a share link. The Filters tab edits the criteria. A chip builder with Must match, Must not and Prefer modes exists for workspaces where it is switched on; Must match keeps only notices that fit, Must not removes them, and Prefer ranks higher and never removes.
When something is sent
A daily job at 14:00 UTC runs daily and instant alerts; weekly alerts run on Mondays. Instant alerts also run after a sync adds new notices. Only notices that are new to that alert are sent, so the same notice is never repeated. Nothing is sent on days with no new notices. Up to 100 single-notice notifications go out per run, then the rest are rolled up. A notice anyone on your team marked Not interested never alerts.
Channels
In-app notifications are always created. Email, Slack and Teams depend on the channels you connect under Delivery (Slack and Teams take a pasted incoming-webhook URL) and on your operator having email delivery switched on. Preview on an alert shows what the next digest would contain; it is an example from current data, not a sent email.
Caps
Saved searches are capped per plan tier. The preview count stops at 10,000 matches.
