1. Data We Process
GovConHouse processes account information (name, email, company details), the supplier profile data you enter (UEI, CAGE, NAICS codes, certifications), and federal contracting opportunity data obtained from public government sources.
2. How Data Is Used
Data is used to operate the matching, analytics, and bid-preparation features of the Platform, and to improve those features. AI features use your data to generate outputs scoped to your account; per-tenant walls are enforced in the training data pipeline.
3. Storage and Security
Account data is stored in our managed database infrastructure. Authentication is token-based (JWT). Access is role-scoped (admin, reviewer, read-only). Sensitive fields marked as CUI in the product are handled per the product's CUI handling controls.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Stripe for payment processing (payment details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by GovConHouse) and may use infrastructure providers for hosting, databases, and logs.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers listed above, or as required by law.
6. Your Rights
You may request a copy or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting billing@govconhouse.com.
