Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of GovConHouse ("the Platform"), operated at govconhouse.com. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and use the Platform on behalf of a business or government contracting organization. If you accept these terms for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

3. The Service

GovConHouse ingests federal contracting opportunity data from public sources including SAM.gov and USASpending, and provides matching, analytics, and bid-preparation tooling. Opportunity data is provided for convenience and does not replace the authoritative government records.

4. Accounts and Roles

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Each account has one of three roles:

• Company administrator (tenant_admin): manages your company's settings and invites team members.
• Team member (end_user): uses the Platform within your company's account.
• Platform staff (super_admin): GovConHouse employees who operate and support the Platform. This role is not available to customers.

5. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Account > Subscription; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.

Payments are processed by Stripe. GovConHouse does not store your card details. Billing questions may be directed to support@govconhouse.com.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to submit false or misleading information to any government system, to attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, or to resell Platform data or outputs without a written agreement.

Do not upload Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), classified information, or export-controlled technical data. The Platform is not authorized to hold that information.

7. Intellectual Property and Copyright

You keep ownership of the content you upload or create on the Platform. You allow GovConHouse to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the Platform for you and for the people you choose to share it with. Only upload content you have the right to use.

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, follow the procedure in our Copyright Policy. We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. GovConHouse does not guarantee award outcomes, data completeness, or uninterrupted availability. AI-generated content, including bid drafts, requires human review before submission.
