1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of GovConHouse ("the Platform"), operated at govconhouse.com. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these terms.
2. The Service
GovConHouse ingests federal contracting opportunity data from public sources including SAM.gov, USASpending, Grants.gov, FPDS, and DIBBS, and provides matching, analytics, and bid-preparation tooling. Opportunity data is provided for convenience and does not replace the authoritative government records.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are assigned one of three roles: admin, reviewer, or read-only.
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Plan terms, pricing, and cancellation are described on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. Billing questions may be directed to billing@govconhouse.com.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform to submit false or misleading information to any government system, to attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, or to resell Platform data or outputs without a written agreement.
6. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. GovConHouse does not guarantee award outcomes, data completeness, or uninterrupted availability. AI-generated content, including bid drafts, requires human review before submission.
