Overview
Each plan tier carries real limits on a handful of resources. This page states them plainly so you know where a limit comes from and what to do when you hit one. Pricing is set per company; this page covers caps only.
The four resource caps
Favourites: Free 5, Professional 100, Enterprise 9999. Saved searches: Free 3, Professional 25, Enterprise 999. Team members: Free 5, Professional 50, Enterprise 9999. Pricing scenarios: Free 1, Professional 20, Enterprise 999. The table lives in src/services/subscription_service.py.
How limits are enforced
Caps are checked on create. Your tier is read from your account record, not from a stale login token, so an upgrade takes effect without re-login. Rows already over a cap are never deleted or hidden; the next create is what gets refused. Team seats count existing users plus invitations that have not been accepted, so an invitation holds a seat.
AI generation limits
The Free plan includes 3 AI generations a month and Professional includes 50. Enterprise has no monthly cap, but the proposal agent is limited to 3 calls per rolling hour on the enterprise tier so a single account cannot crowd out everyone else. The count is database-backed and cannot be bypassed by clearing a cache. AI drafting is also switched off by default at the platform level; see the bid packets article.
What you see when you hit a cap
The refusal message names the tier, the count, and the cap, for example "Free plan limit reached: 5/5 favourites". Upgrade your plan to raise a cap. If you believe a limit is being applied to the wrong tier, contact support and the account record will be checked.
