1. Record the award
The awarded contract moves into lifecycle tracking. Each contract has a stage timeline from kickoff through delivery to closeout.
2. Track deliverables
Each deliverable has a due date and status. Missing a CDRL date is a performance risk; the platform surfaces it in the pipeline and analytics.
3. Closeout properly
Closeout means final delivery verification, property disposition, and release of claims. Doing it on time protects your CPARS rating, which drives future wins.
4. Record win/loss
Whether you won or lost, record it. The flywheel uses the label, not the emotion.
