The freshness states
Each source shows one state: Fresh, Stale (older than its threshold), Synced, saved nothing (the last run fetched rows but saved 0), Never loaded, or Switched off. The row shows the last load time, the stale-after window, and rows saved and fetched. The page stores the last successful sync only; error text and per-run history are not stored today.
Stale thresholds
SAM.gov notices: 7 days. SAM.gov exclusions: 45 days. USASpending awards: 14 days. GSA CALC rates: 14 days. Sources that are switched off show as such rather than as stale.
When jobs run
With nightly sync switched on by the operator: SAM.gov notices at 06:00 UTC (30 days back), USASpending at 06:30, and the promotion of raw notices into the feed at 07:30. Always on: saved-search alerts at 14:00 UTC, deadline alerts at 09:00, recompete alerts at 09:30, the archive sweep at 03:30, and a weekly digest on Monday at 08:00.
A synced-but-empty run
When a run fetches rows and saves none, the page says so: "The checkpoint shows N rows fetched and 0 saved. It does not store a reason." Ask your platform admin to check the sync logs; the page itself cannot explain the gap.
