An empty page
Every list says why it is empty. Read the title: "No notices fit these filters" means data exists and a filter hides it (Clear filters); "Opportunities have not synced yet" means the source has no completed run; "No open notices to show" means the request finished with 0 rows. "Why is this empty?" opens a short explanation. Check Platform Health for the source's last load. A page that says "Couldn't load this" had a request that did not finish; your data has not changed, so Try again.
403: you do not have access
A 403 means your role does not allow the action. Common causes: an admin console or sync route that needs a platform admin ("Admin required"); a read-only seat trying to save; invitations or team management from a member seat; a company admin's UEI or CAGE change attempted by a member; two-factor required by your operator but not yet set up. Ask an admin on your account; the platform never upgrades a role on its own. A 403 is passed through unchanged, so the message you see is the server's.
Slow or timed-out search
Cards on the opportunity page give up after 15 seconds and say "The server did not answer within 15 seconds." Narrow the search: a NAICS tab, a notice type or a due-before date cuts the rows the server scans. Best fit ranking covers the first 2,000 matches by due date; narrow the filters to rank them all. Saved-search preview counts stop at 10,000. Too many requests in a short time answer "You're doing that too much" with a wait in seconds.
Signed out unexpectedly
A session lasts 7 days from the last refresh. When it ends you land on the login page with reason=expired; nothing you saved is lost. A password change signs out every other session on purpose.
404 and retired pages
The 404 page says "This page was renamed or retired" and nothing is broken on your account. Links to a notice also stop working once it is archived after its response date; search for it from the 404 page with a keyword, NAICS or agency. Older addresses such as /vendor/saved-searches, /vendor/subcontractors and /onboarding redirect to their current pages.
Something went wrong
A page that fails to render shows a reference code. Send that code and the page you were on to support; it identifies the error in the logs without exposing your data.
