Triaging the Opportunity Inbox

The five triage actions, what each one does to a notice, and how to undo

On this page

  1. The actions
  2. Moving around
  3. The preview pane
  4. Tracked contracts

The actions

Each notice in the inbox takes one of five actions. Every action is recorded for your company, so a notice a colleague has triaged shows the same state for you.

  1. Add to pipeline (P): creates a pursuit in the Identified stage and marks the row "In pipeline".
  2. Track (T): saves the notice to Tracked contracts and turns on deadline alerts for it. The row reads "Tracked".
  3. Snooze (S): hides the notice until next Monday at 8 AM local time. The row reads "Snoozed".
  4. Not interested (E): hides the notice. Alerts for your team never fire for a notice marked this way.
  5. Undo (U): reverses the last action.

Moving around

J and K move down and up the list, O or Enter opens the notice. The progress line reads "<n> of <m> triaged" and adds "You are caught up" when the queue is empty.

The preview pane

Selecting a row shows the response due date, place of performance, stated value, NAICS, PSC, the feasibility score, and a "Why it is here" line built from your profile ("Fit from your profile, no AI"). An Amended chip appears when the notice changed after you last saw it.

Tracked contracts

Tracked notices are listed under Tracked contracts (/vendor/favorites). A daily job at 09:00 UTC creates a deadline alert for a tracked notice that closes within 3 days. Tracking is capped per plan tier.
