Proposal: Grounded Sections with Citations
How the platform drafts proposal sections grounded in your documents, and the human review that owns the result.
For: Anyone responsible for proposal content.
What you need
- Uploaded capability statement and past performance
- A parsed solicitation with an outline
- Human reviewers assigned
1. Upload your source documents
Your capability statement, past performance, and personnel bios are parsed, chunked, and embedded. They are your grounding corpus and are never mixed with another company's data.
2. Generate sections
The platform retrieves your documents for each section and writes drafts with inline citations like [1]. Every sentence can be traced to your upload or the solicitation.
3. Human review owns the result
The drafts are starting points. Your edits are the final content, and your approved edits become training data that strengthens future drafts on your account only.
