What it shows
The radar lists USASpending award rows whose period of performance ends 6 to 18 months after the scoring date, ranked for your NAICS codes and set-aside eligibility. Rows without a performance end date are excluded. The banner says it plainly: the ranking is a heuristic over public data, not a prediction that an award will recompete.
The score, out of 100
Time window: up to 35 points for ending inside the 6 to 18 month window. NAICS match: 25 points for an exact 6-digit match with your profile. Set-aside match: 20 points when the award's set-aside maps to a program your profile is eligible for; open competition scores 0. Value: up to 20 points on a log scale. Open the Signals disclosure on a row to see each factor's points. Certifications that are not set-aside programs are ignored by the score.
Filters and actions
Filter by Expires in (6 to 18, 6 to 12 or 12 to 18 months), Agency, Award value, Incumbent (any, small business set-aside, 8(a) award) and Show (Open list, Tracked, In pipeline, Dismissed). Add to pipeline creates a pursuit in Identified. Track keeps the award in the Tracked view and in agency profiles. Dismiss hides it with an Undo. Export CSV writes up to 1,000 rows. Each row links to the USASpending record when one exists.
What it does not claim
The platform stores no link between an award and a later notice. Nothing on the radar says that a notice is the recompete of an award. On a notice page, similar past awards are shown as awards that share the agency and NAICS, and only you can mark one as the previous award.
Forecasts tab
The Forecasts tab reads GSA Acquisition Gateway rows, and that ingest is off, so it shows "Loaded 0 rows from GSA Acquisition Gateway · ingest off". Agency forecasts are not loaded. The Early signals list on that tab is real: presolicitation, sources sought and special notices from SAM.gov.
