Search fit score (rule, 100 points)
NAICS 35 (exact match 35, same 4-digit industry group 20). Set-aside 25 (open to all 20, a set-aside you qualify for 25, one you do not qualify for 0 and the score is capped as a blocker). Agency 20 (an award or past performance with that agency, matched by name). Place 10 (your home state). Query 10 (share of your search terms matched). A criterion the data cannot judge is left out of the possible total rather than counted as a miss.
Bid cockpit (rule, 100 points)
Eight checks each return fits, check or risk (1, 0.5 or 0). Weights: set-aside 15, NAICS 15, past performance 15, competition 15, clearance 10, capacity 10, teaming 10, time 10. "Recommend: Pursue" at 70 or above, "Recommend: Get more information" at 50 or above.
Recompete points, evidence points, PWin
Recompete radar: time window 35, NAICS match 25, set-aside match 20, value 20 on a log scale; a heuristic over public data. Teaming evidence points (shown only where the operator has switched them on): buyer history up to 30, set-aside proof up to 25, recency up to 15; the rule states its own weights are examples and nothing ties them to outcomes. PWin: your own 0 to 10 ratings on seven categories with weights that sum to 100; No-Bid below 4, Watch 4 to 7, Pursue at 7 or above, and no band until 4 categories are rated.
Win probability and feasibility
The Win Probability page uses a classifier trained per company on your decided bids. With no trained model it shows "Insufficient history" instead of a percentage; the fallback value is labelled as a heuristic, not a model. Feasibility combines win probability, cost competitiveness, compliance history and capacity into GO, REVIEW or NO_GO, and each factor says when it has too little data ("Win rate needs at least one won or lost bid.").
SPRS and statistics
The SPRS score follows the DoD Assessment Methodology: 110 NIST SP 800-171 requirements, each deducting 1, 3 or 5 points from 110, range +110 to -203, computed from the control states you record. The platform does not post to SPRS; it stores your own record of a manual posting. Price benchmarks, agency shares and concentration figures are plain statistics over the awards loaded: a share is a count or a sum divided by the total, never a win rate or a prediction.
