Header and actions
The header shows the solicitation number, notice type, set-aside, NAICS, PSC and status, the buyer (agency, sub-agency and office, or "Agency not listed"), and the deadline ring. Buttons: Track, Create bid packet, Requirements (L, M, C), View on SAM.gov (or the original listing), and Follow contracting officer. An AI summary button appears only when AI is switched on; otherwise the page says "AI summaries are turned off in this environment."
1. Decide
The Bid / No-Bid Cockpit scores eight criteria from your profile: Eligibility, Scope fit, Past performance, Competition and incumbent, Clearance, Size vs capacity, Teaming need, and Time to respond. Each is green, amber or red and can be overridden by hand; a red on a blocker criterion means Pass. Record your decision with Bid (adds the notice to the pipeline), No-bid or Need info. The decision log keeps every entry.
2. Requirements, place and questions
Personnel requirements, place of performance, and the questions-due date. The Ask card needs AI to be switched on.
3. Lifecycle and 4. Competitive dossier
Lifecycle shows the requirement history and any other notice that shares the solicitation number, plus possible predecessor contracts ("No award in our data matches the predecessor rule." when there are none). The dossier, built from USASpending awards at the same agency and NAICS, shows distinct winners, the median award, median offers where reported, your own awards there, totals by fiscal year, and the usual winners. It reads "No comparable awards in our data." when nothing matches.
5. The notice
The full description, the attachment list (with "No link" when SAM.gov gives none), the contracting officer, and a Search USAspending button for past awardees at the same agency and NAICS. Use Previous and Next in the header to walk the result list you came from.
