The Competitors page
Competitors (/vendor/competitors) has three parts. Top winners in public award data ranks companies by contracts won, total value, average value and share of listed awards; the share is contracts won over all listed awards, never a win rate. Recent competitor awards lists public awards with their period-of-performance start as the date. Win/Loss Intelligence holds the outcomes you record with Record Competitor Outcome (solicitation, agency, NAICS, value, title).
Your win rate is wins over decided outcomes and stays "n/a" until 5 outcomes are recorded. Saving rivals to a watchlist is not available yet; the Track control says so.
The dossier
Open a competitor by UEI to read its dossier: awards in our data, total value on record, agencies, first award start and last award end, how concentrated the work is (largest award as a share of the total, the top three as a share, and shares by agency and NAICS), every award from start to end, and the largest awards. The page shows the 200 largest awards while the totals cover all of them.
Scope and what it does not tell you
Prime awards in our data only. Subawards, joint ventures and teaming are not included, and totals are award values on record, not company revenue. The dossier carries no ranking number, no chance-of-winning figure and no alarm wording. It cannot tell you whether the company will recompete, whether it holds work at agencies that are not loaded, or how it prices. When award values are not recorded, shares cannot be computed and the page says why.
