Two shelves
Template Library (/vendor/templates) has a Community tab of approved shared templates and a Company library tab of your own. Twenty starter templates ship with the platform, a Performance Work Statement among them. Filter by type and standard, sort by best match, most fields filled for you, top rated, newest or name. The older /vendor/community-templates address redirects here.
Placeholders and prefill
A template is a text body with named placeholders written as {{field}}. Get Document fills them without any AI: company_name, uei and cage_code from your profile; agency_name, solicitation_number and project_title from a pursuit you pick; contract_number and period_of_performance from your own award. Each card says how many fields it has and how many would fill for you. Anything left blank stays visible as a placeholder in the file; nothing is silently dropped.
Downloading and copying
Generate & Download .docx writes a Word file with the substitutions made. Use Template copies the text into your company library as "<name> (copy)" for editing. The usage line shows downloads this month against your plan's cap, or "no limit on your plan".
Sharing a template
Share a template submits it for review; it appears to other companies only after a platform admin or template reviewer approves it. Your own drafts stay visible to your company. Submissions are capped by plan tier each month.
